We work closely with local housing authorities community mental health teams , Support Providers, Landlords, and other relevant agencies to ensure that our clients have access to the support they need to successfully resettle.
In addition to our resettlement services, we work with registered Support Providers to provide ongoing support to help our clients achieve their personal goals and live independent, fulfilling lives. This includes assistance with accessing healthcare, education, and employment opportunities, as well as support with budgeting, managing finances, and building social connections. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual, and we work closely with our clients to ensure that they receive the support they need to thrive.
